Base price for a new swimming pool is $49,995.00
There are many factors that contribute to the cost of a pool. Property condition, pool size and shape, finishes (such as tile and decking), and additional features (hot tubs and spas, waterfalls, fountains, rockscapes, cages, etc.). Your sales representative will talk about your budget during the initial conversation to ensure we meet your expectations.
Absolutely. Your new pool comes with a lifetime structural warranty on the pool shell (to the original owner). Three year manufacturer warranty on equipment, 1 year workmanship warranty on tile and coping, paver decks and underground plumbing, 10 year warranty on interior finish and 5 year structural warranty on screen enclosure frame.
There is no bad season to build a pool. We build pools year round, but the rainy season can potentially cause delays.
For the most part, No. There will be a few times that we will need the homeowner there for electrical access, alarm installation, and inspections, but your project supervisor will keep you apprised of progress and give you as much notice as possible to plan for these dates.
